All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
To ensure product quality and availability, orders are dispatched from carefully selected fulfillment centers.

Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
You may track your order via our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Livinorix is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
Any such charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take shipping issues seriously.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
• Email us at support@livinorix.com within 72 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Livinorix is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
We are happy to provide tracking details to assist with your inquiry; however, refunds cannot be issued for successfully delivered orders.
